2. Products & Services

Humatic Store provides high-quality hydroponic equipment. We commit to:

  • Accurate and honest product descriptions
  • Delivering the exact products ordered
  • Technical support during usage
  • Warranty according to each product's policy

3. Orders & Payment

When placing an order, you confirm that the provided information is accurate. Humatic Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock
  • Invalid payment information
  • Detected fraud or abuse

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on the location and shipping method selected. We will notify you when the order is processed and handed over to the carrier. Risk of goods transfers to the buyer from the time of handover to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt if the product has a manufacturer defect or does not match the description. Products must be in original packaging and unused. Please contact us for assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Humatic Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use our services.
